Move over Elton John!

Macy wanted to put these glasses on today, and she didn't take them off! She reminded me of Elton John in his early days with those oh so stylish spectacles.

In other news, We have Tinkerbell and the Angel Gabriel living at our house.
When Molly put the angel costume on she went and approached my mother unprovoked and said, "Do not be afraid, I bring you good news!" Then proceeded with the announcement of the birth of Jesus to the Sheppards. It was so sweet and unexpected.

I love that she is Hiding God's word in her heart!

I am really not a stalker, I promise!

I found this blog in a friend of a friend sort of way, and I just love it! I read on another great blog that although you may be a stranger... (to that person/blog) you are not a stalker. I hope I don't seem that way, but her style is impeccable, her blog entertaining, and you can tell she was a teacher so I love seeing some of the things she does with her son. She also has the cutest domestic blog she created as a tribute to her grandmother. It's called, "Wearing Gackey's Apron", and I can't wait to try some of the recipes... I just had to share this!

Every day is the 14th!

Since we are anxiously awaiting Valentine's Day, we decided to make our mail boxes for any love notes we might be getting next month. Dad was home today resting since he had a minor procedure done Friday, so we were overjoyed to have an extended weekend as a family.

Looking forward to sending love your way with some special treats from the girls!
Also, I am so behind on posting our hunting, marathon, birthday, and Christmas photos! Since we bought our new camera I am taking way too may pictures!
